Our Reward Travel+ Booking will get you customized and detailed options for roundtrip flights based on your award miles available. Whether you want to book a business class or economy seat. We will find the availability and provide you with the top 3 options based on your preferences. This will also include guiding you through how to transfer points if need be, and how to book the flights.

*If you are looking for multi-destination, there will be an additional fee based on how many stops added.

Standard Award booking is if you have an idea of flights and prices but maybe just want a double check of what other options you might have. We can help run a few searches to ensure you have what you are looking for. We can also assist in questions on how to transfer the points.

There are actually two tiers of services offered here. First, our Standard Award Booking Service: this service is for those who have an idea of flights and prices but maybe just want a double check of what other options you might have. We can help run a few searches to ensure you have what you are looking for. We can also assist in questions on how to transfer the points.

Second, our Reward Travel+ Booking: this service will get you customized and detailed options for roundtrip flights based on your award miles available. Whether you want to book a business class or economy seat. We will find the availability and provide you with the top 3 options based on your preferences. This will also include guiding you through how to transfer points if need be, and how to book the flights. If you are looking for multi-destination, there will be an additional fee based on how many stops added.

The rate for Standard Award booking is $89*, while the rate for our Reward Travel+ booking is $139* per person, per booking.

In an effort to deliver the best possible service to our clients, we have implemented an “award-searching fee” on all submissions. In short, we require a non-refundable $35 deposit before beginning to work on a new request. The fee can be paid immediately following your form submission.

Please note: Between the time you submit the request and the time you remit payment for the award-search fee our team will be unable to respond to your request. Our 48 hour response window begins once we receive the deposit. Keep in mind however, when we fulfill your request, you will receive a $35 discount (off of the total charge) on the final invoice. PLEASE NOTE: THIS $35 DEPOSIT IS PER BOOKING REQUEST. This deposit does NOT allow for unlimited requests across multiple dates and/or destinations.

As a general rule, we don’t charge a penny if we can’t satisfy your request. The one exception to that rule is the $35 award-search fee referenced above. If for whatever (quite unlikely) reason we are unable to find you an award that meets your expectations, you will not receive a refund of that $35. That said, we will not charge any other fees for unsuccessful requests.

We are an Award Travel Booking Service that specializes in using miles and points to help you get where you’re going. We do not assist in the purchase of revenue tickets, but we can recommend the best resources.

Absolutely. We accept all major credit cards – especially those earning you rewards points!

Yes. We only provide the itinerary. You will handle the booking on your own. We will provide step by step instructions on how to transfer your points and get the best rewards.

Yes! We offer an expedited service for an additional $45 per person. If you are leaving within THREE days of submitting a request, you will be charged at the expedited rate.

If the change is involuntary, we will assist to get you onto a more convenient flight option for no additional cost. If the change is voluntary, we charge $85 per passenger to assist you in the process. Please note you may be subject to a change fee or increase in taxes by one or more of the airlines you will be flying with.

We do not charge a fee to help you upgrade to another class of service assuming you maintain the original routing. Please note you may also be subject to a change fee imposed by one or more of the airlines you will be flying with.
